The PepsiCo Hy-Vee^® Gift Code Offer is a Promotion (“Promotion”) in which all eligible individuals who purchase $25.00 of eligible Pepsi^®, Gatorade^® or Frito-Lay^® products (“Qualifying Products”), from any participating Hy-Vee® store between November 4, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”), receive a $5.00 gift code via email (“Gift Code”) as described below:

To receive your Gift Code:

Go to www.pepsi-hy-vee.com and click on the link to access the Promotion Website (“Promotion Website”) and create a Promotion Account (“Promotion Account”).
Upload:
1. A photo image of the original Hy-Vee^® store receipt showing your Qualifying Product purchase and the date of the purchase
Qualifying Product Purchases made during the Promotion Period will be validated and recorded in the Promotion Account (a ‘Valid Purchase”). Invalid submissions will be rejected.
You may access the Promotion Website at any time during the Promotion Period to upload and view your transaction history.
When a total of $25.00 worth of Valid Purchases are made, whether in a single transaction or in multiple transactions during the Promotion Period, an email will be sent to the email address provided upon registration with a $5.00 Gift Code.

All Gift Code requests must be submitted by 12/31/24 to be valid.
